The Presidential Legislative Liaison Office (PLLO) conducted a seminar-workshop entitled "Navigating Climate Challenges: The Philippines' Journey to Sustainability", 01 December 2023.
Mr. Vene Seane Aljas, Legislative Staff Officer III from the PLLO-Senate Outpost, talked about key themes as discussed during the 28th meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP28) in Dubai. The discussion centered in international commitments, energy policy, human rights, agriculture, water security, and micro-innovations.
The seminar-workshop is part of the continuous effort of PLLO to bolster its strong support in the steadfast commitment of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to mitigate the worst impacts of climate change.
